Attorneys

A good offense? The former defense.

One of the first questions an insurance company asks in any medical malpractice claim is: who represents the patient? Travis W. Markley, Esq. and Richard L. Nagle, Esq. are the founders and principals of TrialHawk, and need no introduction in the medical malpractice industry. They are well-known to the insurance companies, having successfully represented many healthcare providers and hospital systems. Travis and Rich are joined by James N. Knaack, Esq. and Benjamin M. Wengerd, Esq., TrialHawk attorneys with similar practice backgrounds and expertise in medical malpractice cases.

Our attorneys have an established track record of success both in and out of the courtroom in cases involving virtually every medical specialty. They now put their knowledge and expertise to work for patients who have suffered avoidable harm at the hands of physicians, nurses, and medical personnel.
